Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or shipment within 5-7 business days of receipt.
